Microwaves! Big, bulky and slowly becoming outdated. Who wants to spend money on a chunk of metal just to heat up food? With my genius team, we propose a modern solution to a traditional problem.
(takes out product) This rectangular bowl you see here is not just a regular bowl. Our team has reinvested this humble container made with recycled plant material to make sure that your food stays warm, or being cooked even on the go! Our mini heating coils in the lid and around the inside of the bowl provides heat for you to enjoy your food at your desired temperature. Worried battery runs out? No issue! Hidden at the underside of the bowl there is a usb plug, just use our extender to connect to a power plug with another usb adaptor and you are done!
How to wash? So simple! Mix washing detergent with water, shake and wipe dry! No hassle, no dishwasher.
With 6 coworkers behind my back,we are unstoppable. Working concurrently, our marketing wizard will gather data through an online survey, which will be shared by common social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to our friends, who will share to many other people. In the meantime, our materials cost and everything else will be recorded by our finance guy and the rest of us create social media pages for our sale, our website along with clickfunnels.
After our survey results have ended, we can judge how many people are interested in our product, thus can order the quantity of materials accordingly. From there, we can partner with factories to help us create our product. Once a sizable amount of products are produced, we will start advertising our product through our existing network (friends, family etc.), place advertisements on our social media websites. While the three of us do that, the other three of us can obtain our initial sales and contact numbers through door to door (and share our social media too). As time passes, we are able to stop door to door sales and focus on sales and advertisements online, setting up affiliate links and paying people commissions who are interested to sell our product. Indeed, this is our masterplan.
This means that in the long run, we are able to reduce costs (less manpower needed but more effective) while increasing our sales, if everything goes to plan.
As for our human resource guy, once we start selling our products, he will address customer dissatisfaction and be obtain feedback to see how we can improve our product to minimise our future hassle (and make our product more dummy proof in the process).
Yea, let us not forget risk management in the company. Once our profits have become sort of stable, we can hire a risk manager to identify possible (and costly) future accidents in our process and tweak accordingly before expanding our product line.
As on how to pay our 6 coworkers bold enough to start this company with me, at first they will be paid through commissions. As our profits grow, they are able to take a small percentage of the profits we have earned (profit sharing).
As our factory for our products expands, we can start hiring homeless people to help us with creating our products (the shaping of the material to our famous rectangular bowls) and give them a new lease of life.
Human resource – also dealing with paychecks
Thank you directors for listening to my presentation. I assure you my product is of value in the marketplace and we will all be rich together!
